General questions
How do I order?
Simply add your favorite items to your shopping basket and proceed to check-out.
How can I pay?
You can pay with Bancontact, Maestro and all major credit cards.
How do I contact you?
You can contact us through email on info@sundayforever.be or by phone from Monday till Friday between 09.00 and 15.00 hours.
What does Unirebel+ mean?
Unirebel+ is our selection of garments which work perfectly for boys and girls.
Shipping questions
When will I receive my order?
All orders are processed from Monday till Friday. We usually sent our items the same day, which makes that you'll receive your order within 3-5 business days.
How is my order sent?
Our orders are sent by BPOST. Everytime you place an order, you'll receive a tracking number.
I haven't received my tracking number.
Check your email, make sure you also check your spam. In case you still can't find your tracking number, please contact us on info@sundayforever.be with you ordernumber and name.
I haven't received a confirmation number.
After check-out, you'll automatically receive a confirmation mail with order number. Make sure you check your spam inbox.
If you can't find the confirmation of your order and the payment went of your card, please contact us on info@sundayforever.be and we'll help you further.
Returns questions
How do I return my order?
Log in to your profile and complete the return procedure.
You have the right to return products you bought from us for 14 days after delivery. The products cannot be worn or used (postal costs will need to be covered by yourself). If we notice there is damage or dirt to the products, or if they are clearly worn, we have the right to reject the returned products. Please do not remove any hangtags.
Within 30 days, we will pay back the amount of the returned goods, excluding shipping costs. The costs of resending the goods to Sunday Forever BV always need to be paid by the customer.
Please return the goods by courier to the following address: Citroenvlinderlaan 16, 2950 Kapellen. Please contact us at info@sundayforever.be if you wish to deliver items personally to the above address.
We ask you send back items by courier with a track and trace option. For Belgium we recommend using BPOST, for other countries is any courier with track and trace option fine.
You have to provide us the track and trace number. Lost items in sending won't be refunded.
Items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
I can't find the return option.
All sale items are non-returnable. If your items were from our general collections and the option is not available, contact us on info@sundayforever.nl, with your ordernumber.
